• All guest-accessible rooms and facilities are accessible without steps and at ground level. 
• All guest-accessible doors, passageways, and pathways are at least 70 cm wide.
• The reception desk is 110 cm high. An alternative, equivalent means of communication while seated is available.
• There are no accessible rooms available.
• The toilet in the room is not accessible from the side (minimum 80 cm). There are no grab bars.
• Access to the shower is via a 3 cm high threshold. A grab bar and a shower chair are not available.

• The ringing or knocking on the door is not indicated by a flashing signal which can be detected in all rooms.
