Our light-filled studios with individual room layouts are lovingly and generously furnished. Modern design combined with bright colors and high-quality materials offers you an ambiance to feel good and relax.
In your rooms, fully equipped kitchenettes with refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, cutlery, dishes, and, upon request, a microwave are available. We provide our guests with a washing machine and a dryer that can be operated via an app.
In the immediate vicinity, there are various restaurants, bars, and shopping options.
The main train station and the city center are just a few minutes on foot from our house.

General Information
We are a non-smoking house. All rooms are equipped with a bathroom/shower, WC, hairdryer, free Wi-Fi, and TV. In addition, all rooms have a kitchenette with a refrigerator, cooking plates, kettle, coffee maker, dishes, pots, and pans. You will also find sufficient coffee pads and tea bags in the rooms.
Our penthouse studios are additionally equipped with air conditioning and have an outdoor terrace.
All mentioned prices include service and the currently applicable VAT.
Free cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the day of arrival. Any cancellation fees amount to 80% of the booked accommodations.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the booked accommodations.
