Der Albergo della Pace befindet sich im Hochtal der Stura di Demonte im Zentrum von Sambuco, einem hübschen, sonnenverwöhnten Ort, der auf 1185 m Höhe am Fuße des Monte Bersaio liegt, einem Berg, der an die Dolomiten erinnert.
Das Hotel verfügt über 14 Zimmer, einige Zweizimmerapartments, eine GTA Etappenunterkunft und ein Restaurant, das lokale Gerichte anbietet. Ferner steht den Gästen ein Wellnesszentrum, eine Enothek mit Produkten der Gegend, eine Fahrrad- und Motorradgarage, ein beheizter Raum für Skis und Skistiefel mit einer angegliederten Werkstatt zur Verfügung.
Die Gegend eignet sich besonders für Sommer- und Wintersportaktivitäten: Ausflüge, Kletter- und Mountainbiketouren, Canyoning, Skitouren, Ski alpin, Langlauf, Schneeschuhwandern.
