The living area is spacious at 160 m2, the terrace at 40 m2.

The living area, located on the ground floor, is cozy and pleasant with its low ceilings and the presence of stone. The living area opens onto the garden and leads directly onto a terrace with garden furniture. One bedroom is on the ground floor and the other three are upstairs.

You can enjoy the tranquility of the outdoors on two private terraces.

In the garden shared with the owner, there is a swing with a slide and a trampoline, as well as a jacuzzi open year-round from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.

An indoor swimming pool area shared with the owners is available from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. in the neighboring building.

The first supermarket is 1 km away in the direction of Rédange-sur-Attert (open also on Sunday mornings).

The house can accommodate 8 people and 1 baby, and includes 4 bedrooms: 3 with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. One of the double bedrooms includes a cot.

Rentals are possible for a minimum of two consecutive nights year-round, except in July and August. During July and August, rentals are available for a minimum of three consecutive nights.

Rates all year round for 2 nights: €960

Mandatory final cleaning: €120.

The property is located on a street with local traffic in a 30 km/h zone.
