Hostel Bearlog Hostel is the first hostel in Kočevsko region and is located in a renovated house with rich history
Due to the protection of cultural heritage, the exterior has remained the same as the original building, and the interior is furnished in a modern style and offers accommodation to various demanding guests. It is a true home for all active souls who want to discover the mysteries of the secret forest of Slovenia and want to rest in peace for the further activities that the surrounding area offers. Mornings in Hostel Bearlog start with delicious self-service breakfast with locally grown products which provide energy and a healthy pleasure.
Hostel Bearlog is certified as a cyclist and hiker-friendly accommodation. Kočevsko can be discovered by foot on 22 marked routes in total lenght of approx. 370 km or by bike on 10 marked cycling routes in total lenght of approx. 475 km or optional on numerous forest roads in the surrounding area. For the more adrenaline eager bikers there is also the MTB Trail Center Kočevje with trails of various difficult levels.
