Eco hostel Linnansaari is a truly unique place in Sammakkoniemi Campingin in Linnansaari National Park. Eco hostel is positioned right in the middle of the most attractive parts of Lake Saimaa. It is certainly a perfect place to escape from busy city and relax in pure nature!
Eco hostel Linnansaari consists of 5 cozy log huts which have some basic furniture like beds, table and chairs. Also, there is small cafeteria, campfire spots, wood heated sauna, common cooking shelter, kiosk, well with drinking water and dry toilets. There is absolutely no electricity on the whole island!
Additionally, hostel area is surrounded by meadow flowers and accompanied by nice bird songs. It is really perfect place to feel relaxation and serenity! Moreover, here are some nature paths that start exactly behind the huts. These well-marked hiking trails go via different landscape and interesting sights of Linnansaari island.

Eco hostel Linnansaari can be reachable only by boat or canoe. It is about 5km from Oravi village.
There is a regular boat service between Oravi and the main island that runs 4 times per day during summertime. Also, there is possibility to order taxi boats or rent a canoe.
