Villa Margo

This 85m², 3-bedroom stone house can accommodate 6 adults. It is located at the end of a pleasant garden enclosed by 2m walls, with a large south-facing terrace, in the town of Cognac, 400 m from the XEAU swimming pool and wellness center, movie theaters, Vertigo center (bowling, children's games, restaurant), grocery stores and an hour from the Atlantic beaches. The banks of the Charente are less than 2km from the house. A magnificent 18-hole golf course in the vineyards of Saint Brice is 5 km from the house.
Free parking is available in nearby streets, or in the enclosed courtyard for medium-sized vehicles. A covered shelter is available for bicycles.
Ground floor: living room with fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms, one with a 160cm bed, the other with a 140cm bed, bathroom with bath, separate WC.
Upstairs: a bedroom with 2 double beds (140cm).

Tablecloths, tea towels and cleaning products are provided. Bed linen and towels must be provided. The fixed price for end-of-stay cleaning and linen is €60.

The house has electric radiators and a wood-burning stove. You'll find all the comforts you might need (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, small electric griddle, toaster, garden furniture, iron, kettle). There are three coffee makers: one classic, one Dolce Gusto and one Nespresso (please bring your own pods).
The rental is equipped with an internet connection and a TV with TNT channels.
Arrival time is from 4 p.m., departure time before 11 a.m.

Weekend package 2 days 300€, 3 days 350€.
Deposit 300 € to be paid 3 weeks before the start of the rental period, not cashed, full payment on arrival.
Free cancellation at least 2 weeks before rental start date.
For late cancellations within 14 days, the deposit is retained.
The tourist tax per day and per occupant will be invoiced and paid to the relevant organization.
