Das Tiny House liegt mitten im Grünen in Seewalchen am Attersee - mit Blick auf das Höllengebirge und bis zum Traunstein.
Mit 30 m2 Wohnfläche und einer ebenso großen Terrasse bietet es den Komfort eines vollwertigen Ferienhauses.
Beim Bau wurde Wert auf umweltfreundliche Materialen gelegt und die Energieversorgung erfolgt mit der hofeigenen Photovoltaikanlage.
Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in ca. 10 Minuten und mit dem Auto in ca. 5 Minuten am Attersee.
Der Parkplatz befindet sich direkt vor der Eingangstür und es gibt ein eigenes Lagerhäuschen zum Unterstellen und Laden von E-Bikes.
