You'll appreciate the bright veranda facing the Aravis mountain range, as well as the flat garden and furnished terrace.
The house is spread over two levels.
On the ground floor (ground floor): fitted kitchen open to the living room (sofa, TV, dining area), southwest-facing veranda facing the mountains with a second dining area, sofa, and coffee table.
Bedroom 1 (1 x 90x190cm bed, TV), bedroom 2 (1 x 140x190cm bed, private bathroom with shower), bathroom (bathtub), and separate toilet.
Upstairs: bedroom 3 (1 x 140x190cm bed), bedroom 4 (1 x 140x190cm bed). Wi-Fi.

Access to the Saint-Gervais/Megève ski area by gondola lift (8 km away) (Le Fayet/Saint-Gervais).
Megève and Combloux ski area are approximately 10 km away. Saint-Gervais thermal baths are 7 km away.
In summer, Les Ilettes leisure center is 1.5 km away (summer swimming, fishing). Passy leisure center is 3.5 km away (summer swimming, treetop adventure park, karting, fishing).
Numerous hikes are available in the Assy Plateau area (Plaine-Joux) or Aravis (20 minutes).
