A 40 km de Troyes, à 5 km d'un des Lacs de la Forêt d'Orient, au cœur d'un village avec toutes commodités, découvrez ce gîte indépendant de 6 personnes
Au rez-de-chaussée : séjour avec home cinéma, vidéoprojecteur, lecteur DVD, écran plat, chaîne hifi, canapés convertibles (possibilité de 2 couchages supplémentaires), cuisine avec porte fenêtre donnant sur le jardin, WC. A l'étage, deux chambres (lits de 140x190), une chambre (2 lits de 90x190), une salle d'eau avec douche et WC. A l'extérieur, un agréable jardin clos et fleuri de 100 m2, une terrasse avec salon de jardin et barbecue, une grange à l'abri des regards pouvant abriter voitures, motos, bateaux, jets...
Dans l'annexe, un salon de divertissement (billard, ping-pong, TV, jeux de société...) est mis à votre disposition avec supplément (50€/week-end - 100€/semaine). Chauffage gaz et électricité (climatisation) en supplément.
