Magnificent views of the surrounding peaks await you at this spacious and welcoming 215m² detached chalet, nestled in a peaceful mountain hamlet in the Giffre Valley.

The accommodation is a 15-minute drive from the Les Carroz ski resort (Grand Massif ski area), in a quiet and unspoiled setting.

The chalet is laid out as follows:

- On the first floor: separate fitted kitchen, living/dining room (fireplace, sofas, TV, reading corner, dining area), bedroom 1 (1 queen-size bed), shower room, separate WC.

- On the second floor: bedroom 2 (1 queen-size bed), secondary living room (TV, sofa), bedroom 3 (3 single beds), bedroom 4 (3 single beds), alcove (sofa bed, dividing curtain), bathroom (bath and shower), separate WC.

- Ground floor of the chalet: laundry area.

Outside: courtyard, large grounds surrounding the chalet, southwest-facing terrace with hot tub, pergola, and garden furniture (table and chairs, lounge area, gas barbecue).
Parking in the courtyard (2 covered spaces). Wi-Fi internet access.
Everything is included: bed linen (beds made), towels, and end-of-stay cleaning. Electric car charging is available for an additional fee based on meter readings.
For skiing: Morillon gondola lift 10 km away (Grand Massif ski area: Morillon, Les Carroz, Samoëns, Flaine). Les Carroz resort and gondola lift 11 km away (15 minutes by car). Agy cross-country ski area 7 km away (10 minutes by car).
Numerous sports activities are available in Les Carroz depending on the season: swimming pool (Aquacîme), toboggan run, bike park, etc.
Bakery and restaurant 1.8 km away. All shops and services are available in Taninges, 6 km away.
Chamonix-Mont-Blanc is a 45-minute drive, and Annecy and Lake Geneva are approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes away.
The Saint-Gervais thermal baths are 32 km away (35 minutes). Numerous hiking trails are available in the area, accessible in all seasons.
