33m² duplex cottage in a pleasant chalet-style building located in a quiet area.
800 meters away: Praz-sur-Arly village center, shops, ski slopes, and the leisure center.
In winter, the cross-country ski trail is located at the foot of the building.

Access to the cottage is via an internal staircase (lower half-level from the parking lot).
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- Entrance hall with storage including a sleeping alcove (1 x 120x190cm bed), bathroom (shower, toilet), living room with integrated kitchen area opening onto the living room (dining area, TV, lounge with sofa bed offering a comfortable 140x190cm extra bed).
- Duplex/mezzanine: bedroom with two 80x190cm beds that can be pushed together.
Sheets and towels are available for rental. End-of-stay cleaning is included.
Terrace with furniture (table and chairs), deckchairs. Wi-Fi.
Private ski locker. Free parking in the condominium parking lot.
Maximum capacity (upon request): 4 people.

Supermarket 1 km away. All shops in the village center 800 m away (12 to 15 minutes on foot).
Ski area 800 m away in winter (Espace Diamant). Nordic skiing area on site.
Megève 8 minutes by car (5.5 km): village center, casino, Palais des Sports (swimming pool, ice rink, etc.).
In summer: Praz-sur-Arly swimming lake 800 m away (visible from the cottage). Saint-Gervais Thermal Baths 20 km away.
Chamonix-Mont-Blanc 50 minutes by car.
