Maison de charme située en bordure d'eau (retenue du Sablier) avec jardin clos.

Cuisine indépendante équipée avec congélateur, micro ondes, lave vaisselle, four et réfrigérateur.
Séjour salon avec baie vitrée donnant sur terrasse (vue retenue du sablier), poêle bois, canapé cuir, fauteuil et TV écran plat.

Trois chambres avec 2 lits 140 et 2 lits 90.

Une salle d'eau avec WC et une salle de bain avec WC.

Les plus: Argentat à 5 km, pêche sur place possible, parc aquaracréatif à 4 km. Linge de lit et de toilette fourni. Prêt gratuit de 3 VTT, 2 vélos, d' 1 canoë 3 places et d'1 kayak, table de ping pong. Abri couvert pour 2 voitures.
