40m² cottage on two levels with reversible air conditioning. Direct entrance into the living area, which includes a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, high table for 4, etc.) and a living room with TV and sofa bed.
A comfortable staircase leads to the open bedroom (160x200 cm bed), armchair and coffee table, wardrobe. Unobstructed view with blackout curtains. Bathroom with sink, shower, and toilet.
Sheets are provided and made upon arrival. Household linen and towels are included. End-of-stay cleaning is available as an option.
Independent access to the accommodation via the parking area. Private terrace adjoining the cottage.
Lake Annecy, beaches, old town, and the lakeside cycle path are 9km away. Hiking trails include the Parmelan (Bois Brulé parking area 7km away) and the Bornes mountain range, and the Col de la Forclaz pass. Semnoz (27km) and the Glières Plateau (25km) are accessible in summer and winter (hiking, skiing).
Shops are 1.5km away (village center). The Orange Montisel leisure park is 21km away. In winter, the Aravis ski resorts (La Clusaz-Grand Bornand) are 30km away (35 minutes). Geneva Airport is 40 minutes away.
