Duplex cottage of 76m² (+40m² attic) located on the first floor of a traditional village house, also including an owner's accommodation. Well-located, very close to the village center. Quiet area.
Separate access to the cottage, which overlooks the back of the house.

Fully equipped open kitchen with dining area: island with stools, dining table, bay window opening onto the terrace. Bathroom: shower, sink, washing machine, toilet.
Duplex: mezzanine relaxation/reading area, living room (sofa, armchair, television). 2 bedrooms: bedroom 1 (1 140x190cm bed), bedroom 2 (attic) (2 90x190cm beds that can be pushed together).
Bed linens and towels provided, beds made upon arrival. End-of-stay cleaning is optional.
West-facing terrace with garden table, deckchairs, barbecue. Private parking in the courtyard. Underfloor central heating with a heat pump. Lockable ski/bike storage.

Village center within walking distance (150m): small shops, restaurants, and a mini-market. Supermarket in Vinzier is 5km away.
