Ground floor: living room/ kitchen area (m'wave)/ lounge area. Heating: Wood et electric. Lower floor: 2 bedrooms (double bed) (2 single bunks, single bed). Shower room/WC. Outdoors: terrasse, garden with boules set shared with the 2nd gite. Garden furniture, sunshade, barbecue, parking, sunbeds. Wine tasting and sale on-site. Ideal for holiday or business trip in the Beaujolais region. Charge for pet: 7€/day.
