This 90m² (969 sq ft) holiday cottage is located on the ground floor of a large, beautiful chalet-style house, which also includes another apartment upstairs.

The house is 900m (3,229 ft) from the Princesse gondola lift and close to the iconic villages of Megève, Combloux, and Saint-Gervais.

It offers stunning views of the Megève valley and its peaks (Jaillet), as well as the Aravis mountain range.

The cottage is accessed from the rear of the house (shared entrance hall). It is laid out as follows:
An open-plan fitted kitchen leads into the living room (sofa, TV, wood-burning stove) and dining area (table and chairs).

A fully equipped laundry room is accessible from the kitchen (storage, shower, washing machine, and dryer).

The dining area opens onto a mezzanine with a desk and a children's play area.

Hallway leading to the bedrooms and bathroom:

- Bedroom 1: 1 queen bed (160x200cm)
- Bedroom 2: 2 twin beds (80x200cm) that can be joined together, washbasin/storage area
- Bedroom 3: 1 double bed (140x190cm)

Linens are included (beds made upon arrival). End-of-stay cleaning is also included. Wi-Fi internet access.
Large south-facing terrace with unobstructed views (awning, table and chairs). Large, flat garden surrounding the house.
Parking at the rear of the house (2 spaces).

Skiing 900m away in winter (Princesse gondola lift: access to the Megève/Saint-Gervais ski area).
All shops 2.5km away. Combloux town center is 2.5 km away (Combloux has a natural swimming pond with views of Mont Blanc, perfect for summer swimming).
Megève town center is a 6-minute drive (4 km): sports complex, swimming pool, ice rink, casino, etc.
Saint-Gervais is 6 km away (8 minutes). The Saint-Gervais thermal baths (Le Fayet) are 10 km away.
Chamonix-Mont-Blanc is a 35-minute drive, and Annecy is approximately 1 hour away.
Numerous marked trails in the area allow for year-round hiking and snowshoeing.
