The vacation home is located in a quiet residential area outside the center of Hollenstein an der Ybbs and is suitable for families and groups.

A large garden for barbecuing and playing is located between the house and the edge of the forest.
The house is the ideal starting point for cycling tours or the Königsberg bike park, hikes and swimming in the nostalgic lido on the Ybbs river.
