Das Nichtraucherhaus bietet in der 1. Etage des Seitengebäudes drei zweckmäßig eingerichtete Gästezimmer – 2 DZ mit DU/WC und ein 3-BZ mit Etagen-DU/WC – sowie einen Frühstücksraum im Erdgeschoss. Die kleine Teeküche mit Kühlschrank im Flur kann von den Gästen genutzt werden. Im Hof stehen kostenfreie Parkplätze und eine gemütliche Sitzecke zur Verfügung. Das Mitbringen von Tieren ist nicht erlaubt.
