Ferienhaus am Häferbach

Welcome to our little village of Jakobsweiler.
It is located directly at the foot of the Donnersberg mountain in the West Palatinate.

We have completely renovated our formerly old farmhouse to create a house with cozy living comfort and the latest standards.
Wi-Fi and large SAT/TV are available + free of charge.
The ground floor has underfloor heating and a very pleasant climate in the house due to the new heat pump system (summer and winter).
The house offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a washer-dryer, a living room with a Swedish stove, and a large fully equipped kitchen. A large hallway/gallery with a bookshelf, exercise bike, and relaxation lounge.
There is a spacious courtyard at the house, inviting for barbecuing and socializing.

The seating and dining area has a glass roof. A sunshade protects against excessive sunlight.
Towels and bed linen with final cleaning are included.
There is space for storing bicycles and motorcycles. Cars can be parked in the courtyard or directly in front of the house.

1 E-bike and 1 scooter are available for excursions.

A charging station for electric cars (Charger Type 2) is located directly at the house (courtyard).
