The chalet, with 72 square meters of living space and a 23-square-meter terrace, features a garden of approximately 600 square meters. It includes a carport parking space and an additional parking spot right across. Furthermore, there is a garden shed with a lockable section for bicycles. A crib and a guest toilet are also available.

In close proximity, approximately 400 meters on foot, there is a private lake access and a bathing bay with a beautiful sunbathing lawn nearby. SUP boards can be used. Additionally, there is a public bathing area at Linsendorfer See (also with a lovely sunbathing lawn). The modern wooden bungalow is located directly on the Drauradweg (Drau Cycle Path) and serves as a starting point for cycling tours in the surrounding area.

Linsendorf, with its family-run cider tavern, is a true insider tip, as the place has remained untouched and undiscovered for many years.

The island was accidentally formed in the 1970s due to work on the riverbed and remains unique due to its pristine nature, including a bathing lake with drinking water quality.
