Charming quiet studio just for you with private access by another street. The studio is bright, we have decorated it with care. You will also have a view under our fig tree with its creeping ivy.

The accommodation is decorated with a few flowers and a beautiful alley in slate flakes in order to find a bucolic atmosphere.
Comfortable studio independent of our main house, with a small terrace overlooking our garden under a fig tree.
The area of the accommodation is 11.5 m² and is very well laid out, it seems larger.

Comfortable single bed.
Television present.
Wi-Fi connection
Small bathroom with shower sink and toilet.
Fully equipped kitchen with hob, sink, fridge, microwave, crockery. Oil vinegar salt and pepper.
Household linen provided.

On one level with independent access.
Bakery and pharmacy shopping center nearby.
We are on line A of the RER so 10 minutes from La Défense and 15 minutes from the Champs-Élysées.

Arrival before 8:00 p.m. imperative
