Detached chalet of 101m² (+12m² attic space) with 3 bedrooms, located in a quiet area near Lac des Plagnes.

Entrance via the ground floor or directly through the living room on the first floor of the chalet.

Ground floor: entrance hall, garage, laundry room with washing machine.
First floor of the chalet: fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living and dining room: dining table, corner sofa, television, French doors leading to the balcony or garden. Separate WC.

Second floor: 3 bedrooms (1 with a 160x200cm bed), 2 with a 160x200cm bed, 3 with two 90x190cm beds). Bathroom: shower, bathtub, vanity unit, towel warmer, WC.

Balconies, garden with picnic table, sun loungers, barbecue. Grounds surrounding the chalet. Mountain views. On-site parking in front of the chalet or in the garage (1 car). In winter, in case of snow, parking is recommended 150m down the Chemin des Chapelles.
Electric vehicle charging available via a reinforced 16A socket (extra charge).
Satellite Wi-Fi internet access. Bed linens and towels are provided; end-of-stay cleaning is optional.
Like the rest of the hamlet, the chalet is supplied with spring water (treated with a UV lamp). The chalet parking area is under video surveillance. You will be welcomed by the owners who live nearby.

Lac des Plagnes is 500m away (walks, winter activities), and the village center of Abondance with shops is 4.5km away. A hiking trail and mountain bike circuit pass in front of the chalet.
Skiing/Portes du Soleil ski area: Abondance 5km, La Chapelle d'Abondance 10km, Châtel 16km. There is a fun ski/sledding area in Abondance and an aquatic center in Châtel. Lake Geneva, Thonon and Evian-les-Bains (spa towns) are 30km away. Numerous activities are available nearby and in the Abondance Valley (hiking, via ferrata, mountain biking, rafting, canoeing, etc.). Snow equipment is mandatory in winter.
