In the Mont-Blanc region, near Sallanches: 65m2 gîte on one level on the ground floor of the owners' chalet.
Very beautiful view of the Mont-Blanc massif and the Fiz range (Aiguilles de Warens).
Independent entrance: fitted kitchen open to living room with office space and lounge area (TV, convertible sofa bed offering a comfortable 140x190cm extra bed), separate toilet, large bedroom (1 bed 160x200cm), giving access to a bathroom (shower walk-in, bath, dressing area).
Sheets, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are included. Internet wifi.
Private East terrace with garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs and barbecue. Parking in front of the gîte entrance.
Sallanches town center 4km away, shopping area 3km away.
Ski: Combloux 12km away, Cordon family resort 13km away. Lac des Ilettes 5km away: summer swimming, fishing.
Megève and Chamonix 30 minutes by car, Annecy 50 minutes.
Saint-Gervais thermal baths 13km away. Medieval Lac Lémville in Yvoire at 1h00.
The access road to the lodge is unpaved for the last 200 meters (accessible with any type of vehicle).
Accommodation located overhanging the A40 (300m). Non-smoking gîte.
