It opens onto a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, including a semi-professional cooker with five induction hobs and three ovens, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso and filter coffee makers, kettle, toaster, raclette and fondue appliances. This level also has a separate toilet and a bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom featuring an Italian-style shower, storage space and a television.

The second floor features a spacious bedroom with a small lounge area, TV and DVD player, as well as a second bedroom with two additional beds and a TV. All bedrooms offer modular bedding (two 90 cm beds or a 180 cm double bed), extra pillows, throws, ample storage and a flat-screen cable TV.
