The 150-year-old house is situated on a 2,100 m² plot of land and, due to its construction, offers a pleasant indoor temperature even in the height of summer. Playing and grilling is possible on the level in front of the house. There are two parking spaces available. Hiking and cycling tours can be started directly from the house. Due to the central Carinthian location, you are a 25-minute drive from the Gurktaler Alps, the Nockberge National Park, Turrach, and Gerlitze. Klagenfurt and Villach are each 35 km away. Italy and Slovenia are easily accessible.
