Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge, cancellations between 30-14 days before arrival will incur a charge of 50% of the total costs, and cancellations within the 14 days before arrival will incur a charge of 100% of the total costs.
Check-in is possible from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Check-out is possible between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in good time for an arrangement if necessary.
The key handover takes place personally on site.
A baby cot can be provided free of charge upon request.
Pets are not allowed.
An additional towel package can be booked for a rental fee of €4.50 per person, and an extra dish towel package for €3.50.
Bread roll service: Please let us know your bakery wishes the evening before – by 7:00 p.m. at the latest. The next morning from 9:00 a.m. you will find them at your apartment door!
Breakfast basket service: Around 9:00 a.m. we will place a basket filled with rolls, bread, sausage, cheese, jam/jelly, yogurt, milk (and muesli upon request) in front of your door. Would you like your breakfast egg boiled (3, 4, 5, or 6 minutes) or perhaps a fried egg or a scrambled egg instead? So you can decide anew every day, you will find in your basket one raw egg per person that you can prepare according to your own wishes.      In the meantime, just brew your coffee/tea. For your filled breakfast basket, we charge €17.00 per person per breakfast. We offer this special service at certain times for bookings between three and six nights.
