The unique location directly on and partly on the town wall, the views of two imposing towers of the fortifications and the green moat make the StadtmauerQuartiere something special. The two urban and architecturally attractive vacation quarters with high-quality furnishings were opened in spring 2020.
"A bit like a hotel but the freedom of home"
One house - two apartments. Both apartments extend over two levels and are accessed via a small inner courtyard. The quarters have an open floor plan with a combined come-in/kitchen/dining area on the first floor and a sleeping/living area with separate shower room and WC on the upper floor.
The StadtmauerQuartiere is perfect for two couples who are traveling together but appreciate having their own retreat that is larger than a hotel room but more compact than an entire house, yet fully equipped to a high standard.
Features and extras in both apartments
- Fully equipped kitchenettes
- Shower rooms with WC, towel dryer and hairdryer
- W-Lan, TV, hotel safe
- Service room with iron and vacuum cleaner for shared use
- Underfloor / wall heating: heats in winter and cools in summer and, in combination with comfort ventilation, ensures a good room climate, even with the windows closed
Use of washing machine and dryer is possible at the reception (10 min. walking distance).
Information on accessibility and accessibility
- Due to the location of the StadtmauerQuartiere on the historic city wall walk (footpath), accessibility by car is not possible. For both apartments we provide you with a parking space reserved for the StadtmauerQuartiere within 5 minutes walking distance. Further parking spaces in public areas are available within 5 - 10 minutes walking distance. A trolley is available for the transfer of your luggage.
- Bicycles and e-bikes can be parked safely and conveniently at the reception (10 min. walking distance).
Price
Conditions & Prices:
- Arrival only on Thu, Fri, Sat (no arrival on public holidays)
- Minimum stay 4 nights (3 nights possibly on request directly with the landlord for an additional fee)
- Deposit 200.00 €
- Down payment 50% of the rental price immediately after booking by bank transfer
- Final payment of the rental price plus the deposit up to 4 weeks before arrival by bank transfer
- Refund of the deposit within 14 days after departure
- Prices include bathroom and kitchen textiles, bed linen, dishwashing and cleaning supplies, as well as final cleaning, incidental costs, and parking space
- Pets are not allowed
- Note to smokers: Smoking is not allowed in the building or outdoor areas (courtyard, terrace) for fire safety reasons and in consideration of other guests and our neighbors.
