Deposit: upon confirmation, a deposit will be required, non-refundable in case of cancellation, up to €150 per apartment/week to be paid via bank transfer. The details will be communicated with our confirmation. Possibility to cancel the stay up to 3 weeks before arrival.
Balance of the account: the account can be paid at the beginning or end of the stay, whichever is more convenient for the customer.

A22 motorway (Modena-Brennero)
– from the north: exit Rovereto Sud/Lago di Garda, head towards Torbole – Malcesine.
– from the south: exit Affi/Lago di Garda Sud, direction Garda – Torri del Benaco.
A4 motorway (Milan-Venice)
– exit Peschiera del Garda and continue to Lazise – Bardolino, Garda, Torri del Benaco, Pai di Torri, until Castelletto di Brenzone.

By Train:
– Verona Porta Nuova station or Peschiera del Garda station, take the bus ATV towards Riva del Garda. Get off at Castelletto di Brenzone and head towards Malcesine. We are a few meters from the stop.
