The cost is 70 € per person and night, minimum stay 2 nights, during high season (July & September) 3 nights. During public holidays we charge 80€ per person and night, the minimum stay then is 3 nights. The total price includes linen (sheets, bath towels), final cleaning and VAT currently applicable. The use of jacuzzi can be booked on demand (10€ per person per day, incl. pool towels and bath robes). For guests staying one week or longer the use of jacuzzi is for free. For more information please click the following link: houses. Children under 2 years of age can stay for free, children from 2 to 6 years receive a 50% discount. Once guests receive their booking invoice 50% of the payment is required. When 50% of the payment is received the bookings are confirmed. A bond of 200 € is charged for each apartment/ house. The bond will be refunded within 2 weeks after departure if there is no damage. If there are only 2 people staying in one apartment which has more than one bathroom and bedroom an extra bedroom and bathroom is available for an extra fee of 50 €. Check in 3:00 pm – check out 11:00 am. Late check-out on request. Half-day rates for late check-out or use of the apartment/house after 12:00 pm until 6:00 pm will be charged. Our holiday residence is exclusively for overnight guests. For day guests we charge 25 €/ person. Pets are not allowed. No smoking in the apartments/ houses.
