The apartment, located on the top floor of a two-story house, offers 6 beds and impresses with a spacious, light-filled living, dining, and kitchen area.
From here, you can access the south-facing balcony directly, which offers you a breathtaking panoramic view – perfect for feeling the freedom of the mountains.
The fully equipped kitchen provides plenty of storage space and ample room for cooking and enjoying together. The open design, the higher ceiling height with exposed roof beams, and charming sloped ceilings create a cozy yet airy atmosphere in the apartment.
On the balcony, you can relax on comfortable seating, soak up the sun, admire the mountain scenery, or simply let your soul dangle and take a deep breath.
Room 1
This west-facing room is flooded with daylight through a skylight – at night, the same window allows you to admire a clear starry sky. It becomes particularly cozy when rain patters against the window – perfect for relaxed hours in the double bed (180x200 cm).
Additionally, the room offers a workspace, a safe, and ample storage space.
Room 2
The second bedroom faces north and offers a view of Fritzens and the Karwendel Mountains.
In addition to another double bed (180x200 cm), there are two single beds (each 90x200 cm) available here – ideal for families or small groups. There is also plenty of storage space available here.
Bathroom
The spacious bathroom features a bathtub and a separate shower. The slanted roof also contributes to a cozy atmosphere here.
Entrance Area
The centrally located entrance area with a wardrobe is designed to be open and friendly – a welcoming reception area for your stay.

Highlight:
On certain high holidays, there are processions in Fritzens. On these occasions, you can – if you wish – raise the Tyrolean flag. Our house belongs to the historic village center of Fritzens and thus features a flag and a dedicated flagpole that is accessible from the room window. You will receive more detailed information when you book with us on such a day.
Access:
You have the entire accommodation all to yourself. Only a small storage room or the attic is locked and remains inaccessible during your stay.

Important Note:
As there are two other apartments next to the bakery in the house, we kindly ask our guests to be considerate of the neighbors. We particularly emphasize adherence to quiet hours (10 PM - 7 AM).

Whether by public transport or car – Fritzens is centrally located in Tyrol and is thus an ideal starting point for various activities.
From here, you can quickly reach the Swarovski Crystal Worlds in the neighboring village of Wattens, the state capital Innsbruck, and many beautiful regions of Tyrol: for example, the valleys of the Tyrolean Oberland such as Kaunertal, Paznauntal, or Pitztal, as well as the idyllic areas of the Tyrolean Unterland, such as Pillerseetal or Kitzbühel.
Whether hiking, cycling, swimming in mountain lakes, skiing, sledding, ice skating, cross-country skiing, culture, culinary delights, working, or simply enjoying nature – from Fritzens, all possibilities are open to you.

• Booking payment conditions: Upon reservation, the total amount will be invoiced and is due for payment within 7 days. Payment of the invoice secures the booking.
• Cancellation conditions: Up to 30 days before arrival: 100% refund, up to 7 days before arrival: 30% refund, cancellation after the 7th day before arrival: no refund
• The statutory tourism tax amounts to 2.10 per person (from 15 years) and is charged in addition to the accommodation price
