The Residence Sas de Pelf is located in Pecol, in the territory of Zoldo Alto, in the heart of the Val di Zoldo and the Belluno Dolomites. The structure is dedicated to guests aged 16 and over and offers an environment oriented towards relaxation and tranquility, particularly suitable for couples and adults who wish to stay in a secluded mountain setting.
The location allows you to experience the Val di Zoldo throughout all seasons. During winter, the Residence is situated in the Ski Civetta area, with possibilities for alpine skiing, night skiing, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing. In summer, the surrounding woods, valleys, and mountains offer various opportunities for hiking and outdoor activities.
Zoldo Alto also preserves traces of its history related to mining activities and metalworking, including the ancient parish church of San Nicolò. Therefore, the location of the Residence Sas de Pelf allows for a combination of mountain stay with the discovery of the territory and traditions of the Val di Zoldo.
Price
The reservation is confirmed following the payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the agreed price. The remaining balance can be paid at the property in cash, with a credit card, or VISA debit card; checks are not accepted.
Reservations can only be canceled in writing. In case of cancellation up to 60 days before the expected arrival date, the deposit will be refunded; for later cancellations, the deposit will be retained.
In the case of a delayed arrival, if not communicated in advance, 100% of the amount for the entire booked period will be charged. In case of an early departure, 100% of the price for the entire booked period will also be charged.
The apartments are designated for non-smoking guests: smoking is prohibited in all areas of the Residence, including the apartments. Pets are not allowed.
Directions
To reach the Residence Sas de Pelf, follow Via Monte Civetta and continue until the area beneath the restaurant La Stube. Pass by the beautician, the hairdresser, and the little church of Pecol. After crossing the wooden bridge over the Maè stream, turn left onto Via Veronici, where the Residence is located.
Check-in: the apartments are available from 4:00 p.m. In case of arrival after 7:00 p.m., it is necessary to inform the property in advance.
Check-out: the apartments must be vacated by 9:00 a.m.
