Il residence è stato ricavato dalla ristrutturazione di una vecchia grangia di famiglia nel cuore del vecchio borgo Plagnol di Sestriere, vicino agli impianti di risalita e al centro del paese. La struttura, aperta tutto l'anno, dispone di 4 bilocali da tre a quattro posti letto con angolo cottura e offre ai propri clienti servizi di reception, sauna, lavanderia, pulizia infrasettimanale e finale con cambio biancheria, deposito sci, parcheggio e garage coperto. Ogni appartamento è inoltre dotato di lavastoviglie e Tv color con parabola satellitare.
