Stylish, barrier-free holiday apartment with approximately 60 sqm in a quiet yet central location invites you to relax. Each 1x TV is available in the spacious kitchen-living area and 1x in the living room. In the outdoor area - seating area with barbecue facilities. Maximum occupancy is 5 persons and 1 baby up to 3 years. Car parking space and WiFi are free. No pets. Non-smoking apartment.
From 2024, the tourist tax regulation of 2 euros per person per day will come into effect in the district of Dippoldiswalde. (From 6 years) Not included in the final price.
Activities in the surrounding area: skiing, tobogganing, swimming, hiking, etc. - there are numerous other possibilities.
Price
A deposit of 50% may be charged after booking and the remaining amount must be paid in cash on site.
Alternatively, you can also transfer the total amount.
Cancellations made up to 7 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged with 90 % of the total price.
Arrival from 4 pm to 7 pm
Departure until 11 am
Pets are not allowed.
The keys will be handed over personally on site.
Massage table for personal use possible on request. 10€ per night.

Then keep to the right and drive along the street until you reach the middle of the 3 houses. Then you are in the right place!
