The following services are included in the price for the penthouse apartment:

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

PAYMENT

• To guarantee the reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total price is required immediately after booking.
• The deposit can be made through the website by providing a credit card.
• For bank transfer of the deposit amount, please use the following account:

• The deposit and the remaining invoice amount can be paid in advance to the specified bank account.

CANCELLATION
The cancellation fees are structured as follows:

• Up to 90 days before arrival: 30% of the total price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• 89 days to 30 days before arrival: 70% of the total price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• From 29 days before arrival: 90% of the total price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• Late arrival, no arrival, or early departure: 100% of the booked total price will be charged as a cancellation fee.

TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE

• To avoid financial disadvantages in the event of a cancellation or early departure and to ensure more security during your vacation in Austria, it is recommended to take out a Hotelstorno Plus or Hotelstorno Premium with the European Travel Insurance AG.
• Hotelstorno Plus includes helicopter rescue.
• Hotelstorno Premium includes helicopter rescue and an accident package.
• By completing the booking, guests confirm that they have taken note of the payment and cancellation conditions and agree to them.
