Check-in is possible from 15:00 on the day of arrival. In principle, your check-in takes place independently without our presence in order to allow you maximum flexibility. You can also take the key to the holiday flat from the key safe. You will receive the necessary numerical code shortly before arrival. This key opens both the house door and the flat door.

Check-out also takes place independently without our presence. Please leave the key on the kitchen table upon departure. We ask for your understanding that out of consideration for the following guests in the flat, check-out must take place by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Desired method of payment via Paypal. Please contact the landlord.

Method of payment by bank transfer: A deposit of 50% of the rental price must be paid no later than 5 days after receipt of the booking confirmation. The balance is due 5 days before arrival. In case of a booking with an advance of 10 days or less, the entire rental price is to be transferred in full immediately after receipt of the booking confirmation.
