Our apartments are new (completion in January 2020) and high quality furnished. They have underfloor heating, a modern bathroom and a separate toilet. There is a fly screen in front of each window. The kitchen is of high quality and generously equipped (refrigerator, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven).
A very spacious balcony with seats offers the opportunity to relax and enjoy. The mild evenings invite you to enjoy the sunset with a view of the Untersberg.
There are children's books and a small play area in each apartment. For adults we have laid out our favorite books for relaxed reading in the apartments.
In the basement there is a playroom and a lounge are freely accessible for our guests. The right game for every age group can be found here. In the basement there is a large storage space for skis, ski boots, strollers or bicycles.
If required, we provide a washing machine and the drying room for a fee
