Inaugurato nel maggio 2008, il residence offre ai suoi clienti 5 appartamenti fra monolocali (di cui uno mansardato) e bilocali con vista lago di 60-70 metri quadri. Ognuno con entrata privata, può ospitare fino a cinque persone e comprende camera da letto matrimoniale, salotto con divano doppio trasformabile in matrimoniale, sala da bagno, angolo cottura attrezzato, televisorieschermo piatto LCD. Gli ospiti del residence, possono usufruire dei servizi di parcheggio, spiaggia e ristorante dell’albergo che si trova a pochi metri. La struttura ha ottenuto il marchio Qualità Italiana.
