The accommodation is located in a quiet area on the outskirts of the Marktgemeinde Rohrbach near Mattersburg. Connections by train and bus are available.
In 2019, the hosts expanded and extended the existing farmhouse so that now 4 air-conditioned apartments, averaging 60 m² in size, are available for the guests to relax. In addition, a spacious covered terrace is available for breakfasting and chilling outdoors. A delivery service for rolls and other groceries is offered. There is a garden with a gazebo and grilling facilities. A common room offers space for group activities, celebrations, games, and chatting. If one is seeking peace and relaxation, one can retreat to the sauna and the relaxation room.
Leisure activities in the immediate vicinity and within walking distance can be enjoyed at the 2,250 m² natural swimming pond, which delights both children and adults. Various play equipment, 2 volleyball courts, 6 tennis courts, a fun court, and a skatepark provide variety nearby. There are also more public playgrounds, inns, and coffee houses in the village area.
The cycling and hiking trails around Koglberg delight all movement enthusiasts and nature lovers.
