This vacation apartment offers the perfect combination of idyllic tranquility, surrounded by the picturesque Tyrolean mountain scenery, and a central location to popular excursion destinations for both young and old.

The accommodation

The beautiful and large apartment in Fritzens accommodates 6 people and spans 2 floors. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, it is ideal for families, groups, or friends. The bright and cozy living area invites you to unwind, and the fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for shared meals.

The terrace on the first floor invites you to stay and offers a stunning view of the Tyrolean mountains. The furnishings are carefully selected, partly with reclaimed wood furniture that carries its own history and with handcrafted ceramics.

Fritzens is a quiet, charming place. The apartment provides an ideal starting point for hikes, ski days, or excursions in the area. Numerous ski and hiking areas are reachable in less than 1 hour. Innsbruck is only 20 km away.

Fritzens has a modern, well-connected train station, which can be reached in just 10 minutes on foot.

For families: upon request, we are happy to provide a baby cot.

The parking lot is located directly in front of the house. The apartment is on the 1st floor and is accessible via stairs.
