Payment must be made by bank transfer no later than 7 days before arrival. Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before arrival will be charged at 50% of the total cost; cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be charged at 100% of the total cost. Check-in is possible from 3 pm to midnight. Check-out is possible between midnight and 11 am. Alternative check-in and check-out times may be arranged upon request. Please contact us in good time to discuss this if necessary. Keys are collected from a key box. You will receive the code in good time before arrival. The sofa bed can be used free of charge on request. Pets are not permitted.
