Lippoldsberg with its medieval monastery church invites you to cultural excursions as well as cycling tours and hikes in Solling, Reinhardswald and along the Weser cycle path.
In the ‘Villa Siemon’, a listed representative residential building from the 1920s, the Reinette vacation apartment in the Weser Valley offers an individual living atmosphere for a stay in the Weserbergland region.
In the course of the complete renovation of the upper floor, the special character of the house was sensitively worked out and a modern, comfortably furnished vacation apartment for two to six people was created.
The furniture and furnishings in the rooms with the original reclaimed floorboards bring to life a touch of the character of middle-class living at the beginning of the 20th century.
The current technical standards in the bathroom and kitchen are combined with nostalgic, high-quality furnishings.
A garden with old fruit trees and a terrace or balcony invite you to linger and relax in good weather.
Price
Payment must be made by bank transfer at least 14 days before arrival. For last-minute bookings, the full amount is due immediately.
Check-in from 3.00 pm to 6.00 pm, please check out by 11.00 am.
Alternative check-in and check-out times may be arranged by prior arrangement.
Pets are not permitted.
A cot can be provided on request for a fee.
Parking and bicycle storage are available free of charge, as is space for hiking equipment; a laundry service is available on request for stays of 3 days or more.
Energy costs and final cleaning are included, as are bed linen (including making up the beds) and towels, basic kitchen utensils and tea towels.
A tourism levy was implemented by the local council. The amount of €2 per night per adult will be charged additionally.

Directions
By car, you can reach us from the north or south via the A7, taking the Hann.-Münden or Nörten Hardenberg junctions, or from the west via the A4, taking the Warburg junction.
The nearest railway station is Bodenfelde, which offers good connections to the ICE station in Göttingen.
By bike, you can reach us directly via the Weser Cycle Route, which is just 300 metres away.
So that we can welcome you in person, please arrive between 3 pm and 6 pm; on the day of departure, we ask that you vacate the apartment by 11 am. You are welcome to leave your luggage with us during the day. If you are unable to arrive or depart at these times, please let us know as soon as possible.
The flat is on the first floor and is therefore unfortunately not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
