Beautifully and modernly furnished vacation apartment with terrace and Moselle view. Our vacation apartment is located quietly, on the edge of the wine village of Pölich. The 80 sqm large vacation apartment is situated in the basement, as a semi-detached apartment, with a separate entrance, in our single-family house.
The cozily furnished apartment offers space for 2 persons, additionally a child bed for children up to 3 years is available in the bedroom.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, as well as various other appliances like a toaster, egg cooker, water kettle, coffee maker, and bread machine.
In the separate bedroom with double bed, there is a large wardrobe with mirrored front. The spacious living/dining room is equipped with a flat-screen TV, stereo system, and a sofa bed (1.40 m x 1.90 m) for 1-2 children. The roomy bathroom has a bathtub with shower option and toilet.
From the kitchen, you can access the terrace, which is furnished with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a grill. The apartment also has a small storage room.
Pölich is surrounded by vineyards in the beautiful Moselle valley. The area is characterized by many hiking and cycling paths. Most of them can be easily reached in just a few minutes. The medieval town of Bernkastel-Kues is about 30 km away along the Moselle, and the oldest town in Germany, Trier, can be reached in about 20 minutes. Nearby, there are opportunities for horseback riding and golfing; a swimming lake with minigolf and summer toboggan run is also accessible via the adjacent cycling path.
Celebrations are popular along the Moselle. Pölich celebrates its wine festival every year on the weekend of July 1. Otherwise, from spring until autumn, one can visit lovely cozy wine festivals in the neighboring towns.
