The Oelschläger Holiday Apartment can be found in the Middle Rhine World Heritage Site, in the town Sankt Goar and its Werlau district at an altitude of approx. 200 meters above the Rhine. The quiet and small destination has about 900 inhabitants and it was first time mentioned in documents as early as in year 992.
Our new modernized apartment can accommodate 1-4 persons, ideal for a couple. The rooms are German-Scandinavian style and comfortably furnished. Feel like at home. The apartment is in our courtyard and has ist own entrance on the 1st floor. From the balcony you have a beutiful view of Werlau and the center of village, the St. Georg church. Unfortenately the apartment is not barrier-free due to the stairs. In the front garden of the courtyard you can sit comfortably on the tree bench under the magnolia tree and enjoy drinks outside on the picnic table.
In the rental price are always bed linen, towels and final cleaning included and the apartment can be booked from 2 nights. Stay a week and get one night free of charge.

Payment terms:
· Deposit of 20% after the booking by bank transfer. With the deposit you confirm your booking
· Final payment of 80 % at least 14 days before arrival
Cancellation conditions:
The cancellation fee is calculated as follows after receipt of your cancellation notice:
· From 29th to 15th day before arrival: 50% of the total price
· From 14th to 1st day before arrival: 80% of the total price
· On the day of arrival or in case of no show: 100% of the total price

The distances are the center of Sankt Goar approx. 3 km, Koblenz 37 km, Bingen 31 km, Frankfurt airport approx. 100 km, Cologne approx. 130 km away.
Arrival via the A61 Cologne - Koblenz - Frankfurt: Exit No. 42 - Emmelshausen + St. Goar. Follow the road towards St. Goar until you reach St. Goar-Werlau. After the roundabout at the entrance to the village, take the second right into Winzergasse.
Arrival from the B9 from Koblenz or coming from Bingen, drive to the junction to St. Goar-Werlau and follow the road through Werlau. After the sharp left bend, take the first left into Winzergasse.
By train you can arrival to railway station of Sankt Goar and take a taxi or we will pick up you from the station.
