The apartment Kostecki is located in the center of Monzingen. Our vacation apartment is on the second floor and can be accessed via an outside staircase and separate entrance. Bakery, a restaurant and butcher are within walking distance. When building the zero-energy house in 2020, we attached great importance to sustainability and ecology, which is why it was built from wooden blocks and insulated with cellulose and wood fiber boards. This creates a great living climate. Heating is provided by an infrared heater on the ceiling and hot water is produced by instantaneous water heaters in the kitchen and bathroom. You will find the Kostecki vacation apartment by following Soonwaldstraße for approx. 800 m after turning off the B 41 at the traffic lights into the village. There is a park on the left and a hairdresser's on the right.

Before the hairdresser's, turn right into Niederviertel, follow the road for approx. 50 m, and on the right, set back a little, you will see a light blue house with a PV system, a paved courtyard in front and a garden to the side.
