Our vacation apartment is located between Wolfsberg and St. Andrä in a quiet yet central location. It is ideal for vacationing, unwinding, feeling good, and exploring.
Many sporting activities such as hiking, jogging, cycling, walking, mushroom picking, etc. are possible right on site in an unspoiled nature.

Suitable for families, groups, couples, craftsmen, and apprentices....

The nearest shopping opportunity is 3 km or a 5-minute drive away.

The accommodation: 

The cozy apartment, 85 m2, is located on the ground floor, has 3 separate bedrooms (2 double rooms, one with a balcony and a view of the Koralpe, 1 single room) and offers space for 5 people. The 4 single beds can be converted into 2 double beds if needed.
Each room has an HD flat-screen TV.
A fully equipped kitchen with a dining area for 6 people (dishes, microwave, electric stove with ceramic hob, filter and pod coffee machine, fridge-freezer, kettle....) a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.
Bed linen, towels, hairdryer, soap, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, and cleaning cloths are included.
Free parking, as well as a parking space for vans, is available directly at the accommodation. Various seating options are available in the outdoor area.

Activities:
The central location of our apartment is ideal for numerous sports and leisure activities that the Lavant Valley and Carinthia have to offer:

For example: Cycling - the Lavant cycle path R 10 is quickly and very easily accessible. Many hikes, walks, mushroom or berry picking, jogging, Nordic walking, and mountain biking are possible in unspoiled nature.

For swimming, the 6 km away Stadionbad Wolfsberg with a 10m diving tower and 50m sports pool or the recreation area St. Andrä Lake, known to fishermen as a paradise for fishing in the Lavant Valley, is recommended.

The surrounding mountain regions such as Koralpe, Saualpe, Klipitztörl, Weinebene, or Hebalpe can be reached by car in about half an hour (about 15 km - 40 km depending on the mountain) and invite you to ski, snowshoe hiking, tobogganing, hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, etc.

The Golf Club Wolfsberg is located 5 km away and for those who prefer something more adrenaline-pumping, there is a go-kart track 4 km away.

Biker tours to Soboth, Seeberg, Gaberl, Red Bull Ring, Harley meetings at Faakersee, Nockberge, and much more are also popular.

The Red Bull Ring is about a 50-minute drive or bike ride away and attracts worldwide attention with its variety of events, especially MotoGP and Formula 1.

Or you just want to relax in our beautiful natural scenery... or enjoy a city and cultural vacation... or explore the area with your furry friends... there are many possibilities.
