Non-smoking holiday apartment for 2-4 persons, approx. 80 m² furnished in antique flair. Quiet south-facing slope on the outskirts of Rurberg with direct view of the Rursee and the Eifel National Park = Eifel Star Park.
Car park and spacious garden.
Approx. 15 min. to the Rursee shipping pier, a children's playground, the Rurberg National Park Gate with tourist information and the natural outdoor swimming pool at the Rursee (free use).
Price
Children from the age of 10 are welcome.
A damage deposit of 200,- € is required. This is to be paid by bank transfer with the final payment.
An additional municipal overnight tax of 5% of the total price will be charged. This overnight tax will be deducted from the deposit.
Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance so that we can also be present in person to hand over the keys.
Consumption-dependent ancillary costs (except fuel for the wood-burning stove) and the final cleaning costs as well as the use of bed linen, towels and WLAN are included.
The beds are freshly made on arrival, a bath mat and a shower mat are provided in the bathroom.
A pet is not allowed.
