Welcome to the Eichendorff holiday flat, hosted by Jörg and Andrea Hoom! Enjoy your stay in our holiday flat, which is situated in an excellent, central yet peaceful location. From the window, you’ll have a magnificent view of the imposing Kirkeler Castle. The nearby woodland, with its numerous walking trails, is perfect for relaxing strolls and exploring – all just a few minutes’ walk away. In summer, you can unwind in the idyllic garden, where cosy seating and a barbecue are available for social gatherings. You’ll find convenient parking right outside the front door. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find a GP’s surgery, a bus stop (with services to Blieskastel/Lautzkirchen, Homburg and St. Ingbert), a lively playground, a boules court and plenty of other places to sit. On Fridays from 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm, a weekly market featuring fresh regional produce takes place there – ideal for stocking up on local delicacies. Within just a 5- to 10-minute walk, you’ll find supermarkets, banks, chemists, churches, the natural outdoor swimming pool, the railway station and numerous restaurants, pubs and kebab shops – everything you need for your stay.

Thanks to the excellent location and quick access to the A6 motorway (towards Mannheim / Saarbrücken) and the A8 motorway (towards Neunkirchen / Pirmasens), these can be reached in just a few minutes, offering you maximum flexibility when exploring the region. A 50% deposit is payable upon booking. The balance is payable in cash on arrival. Keys will be handed over in person on site. A cot can be provided free of charge on request. For a fifth person, the sofa bed in the living room can be made up on request and at an additional cost. Pets are not permitted. Smoking is not allowed in the holiday flat. For stays of two nights or more by holidaymakers, the Saarland Card is provided free of charge.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, hob and oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and microwave. Kitchen utensils and cleaning products are provided. There is a large table, a sofa, a television and a reading chair. The ‘Mondnacht’ bedroom features a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe. The “Waldlust” bedroom has two single beds, two bedside tables, a wardrobe and a desk. The beds are freshly made on arrival. The bedrooms are fitted with electric roller shutters. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet, and is supplied with towels, a shower mat and a hairdryer.
