Enjoy your stay in our cozy, bright, lovingly furnished vacation apartment with direct highway access to the A63. Wörrstadt is a quaint but beautiful small town with various shopping and leisure options. Ideal for wine lovers and nature enthusiasts. On hot days, feel free to visit our Neuborn outdoor pool.
The Living Space
The apartment is very quietly located in close proximity to the vineyards. Perfect as a starting point for day trips. Explore the wine region of Rheinhessen with its great wine taverns and warm welcoming cultures, as well as the numerous wine festivals and the cozy state capital Mainz.
You will find a bedroom with a double bed and dining/working area, free Wi-Fi, and a daylight bathroom (shower, toilet) including hand soap and hairdryer.
The beds are freshly made and towels are provided.
The apartment features a new comfortable kitchen, equipped with brand-name electrical appliances: refrigerator with freezer compartment, ceramic cooking range, oven with integrated microwave, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, kettle, toaster, dish towels, dish soap, and Senseo coffee machine.
The kitchen is very well equipped for self-caterers.
The apartment is ideal for solo or business travelers and couples.
The rental of the apartment is possible for a longer period.
For long-term tenants, the price arrangement is available upon request.
Additional Important Information
There is also the possibility to securely store your bicycles or similar items in our house.
Since many people suffer from allergies, pets are not allowed. To respect subsequent guests, smoking cigarettes, cannabis, and any other substances in the apartment/house is not permitted. The floors of the apartment are completely tiled.
A private free parking space for your car is located directly at the house.
The apartment is located in the basement.

We know how important it is to have a reliable contact person while traveling. Therefore, we are happy to assist you with any questions or concerns regarding the accommodation.

Payment Terms:
Payment upon check-in in cash or in advance by bank transfer, no later than 7 days before arrival. You will receive the bank details from the landlord after booking.
No card or credit card payment is possible.
Cancellation Policy:
For bookings canceled up to 14 days before the arrival date, the vacationer will receive a 100% refund of the payment. There are no booking fees for the vacationer.
For bookings canceled up to 7 days before the arrival date, the vacationer will receive a 50% refund. Booking fees will apply to the vacationer for the amount retained by the landlord.
Arrival is possible from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Departure is possible by 10:00 AM.
The key handover takes place in person on-site.
Pets are not allowed.
