The rental price of the apartment includes towels, bed linen, sauna for private use, and final cleaning, with no extra costs.

The minimum stay is 3 nights.

Unfortunately, we do not accommodate pets.

Spend your best time of the year as a vacation or short trip in our friendly house in the Eifel between the Eifel National Park and the Volcanic Eifel with sauna & terrace.

5 minutes by car from the bathing lake Kronenburg with a sunbathing area, shady spots, and catering.

The vacation apartment Auszeit with 73 sqm is located with a ground-level entrance and sun terrace in a former detached farmhouse, 9 km to the Belgian border.

From the 400-inhabitant village of Baasem, the location offers proximity to Cologne and Trier despite Eifel flair. (approx. 60 min)

The location is particularly suitable for motorcycle travelers and convertible drivers heading to the Ardennes/Belgium, Volcanic Eifel, Luxembourg, Mosel, and Nürburgring.

Hiking, cycling, and Nordic walking are possible from the accommodation.

The vacation apartment was completed in April 2020 and is designed for 2 people. There is an option for additional overnight stay for 2 people in a high-quality bunk bed with dimensions of 2 m x 1.40 m for 2 people in the corridor from the living room to the bathroom.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen for 4 people.

The bathroom includes a bathtub and a walk-in shower, among other things.

The terrace is equipped with wooden furniture, a grill, and a sauna.

Parking for cars, motorcycles, and a garage for bicycles are available at the house.

Included in the rental price are towels, bed linen, and sauna including final cleaning, so there are no hidden extra costs.

Usually, check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.

Other times can be arranged by agreement.
